Course Overview
AHC30422 Certificate III in Pork Production provides students with skills and knowledge required of a skilled pork production worker expected to take responsibility for co-ordinating a range of mating operations associated with a piggery, working either independently or as part of a team.

- Animal welfare requirements (including Euthanasia)
- Animal health control programs
- APIQ & Quality assurance
- Move and handle pigs
- Pig reproduction and dry sow management
- Farrowing sow and sucker care
