The South Australian Government offers subsidies for training via the SA Skills funding program. This page provides details on checking eligibility for this funding and available courses.
To begin your application process with 4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd to enrol and access South Australian Government subsidised training:

Applying for funding:
In addition to the above SA Skills funding requirements, 4 Up Skilling will require you complete all the following for enrolment:
- Complete the 4 Up Skilling enrolment form
- Complete the SA Upfront Assessment of Need (UAN) Suitability Support Questionnaire
- Allow 4 Up Skilling to sight your Medicare Card and Driver’s License and retain a copy of this personal ID
- Complete the pre-enrolment interview with one of our friendly enrolment staff including answering a range of questions about:
- Your English speaking and written skills,
- Your work environment, such as what you do in your everyday job role, your career goals, how you like to learn and
- Your time available for study and to complete assessments
- During this interview, our enrolment staff will also outline the process used to determine the literacy and numeracy standards you need to meet to successfully complete your studies.
- This process is called the Snapshot Reading & Numeracy Indicator (SRNI) and Core Skills Profile for Adults (CPSA) and includes seven (7) separate online assessments.
- The results from these assessments determine if the student requires support with their Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) to achieve a successful outcome in their qualification; this support will be provided by 4Up Skilling.
- If your results show that 4 Up Skilling are unable to support you, we will refer you to Skills SA for other options.
- Students assessed as suitable for enrolment then develop a training plan with their course coordinator. This training plan will outline the units you will complete during your qualification and provide any details of support you require.
- The training plan must then be signed along with a participant agreement form which declares that the student agrees to the conditions and support needed to be able to access SA subsidised training.
All students must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) for enrolment. Students who do not provide a valid USI are not entitled to SA Skills subsidies. You can create a USI or find your existing USI using here.
Please download a copy of our Student Handbook for further information about 4 Up Skilling, including our policy and procedures, and how we can support you to enrol and complete your qualification.
